The Russian military move against Georgia was received in the Middle East with different Passions from the different political circles, and each evaluated the move according to its wishes and expectations. But regardless of the passions and attitudes, the move is generally considered in the ME on both the popular and official levels as a turning point in the post soviet Russia. Russia is thought to have broken the almost dead reaction to its dignity as a super military giant, and decided to activate its presence in international politics.
