استراتيجيات التكيف للضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الشهداء والسجناء الفلسطينيين في السجون الإسرائيلية

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أكثر استراتيجيات التكيف للضغوط النفسية استخداماً لدى أمهات الشهداء والسجناء الفلسطينيين في السجون الإسرائيلية ، إضافة إلى تحديد أثر متغيرات المؤهل العلمي،والوضع النضالي، على هذه الاستراتيجيات، لتحقيق ذلك تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قصدية مكونة من (151) أمً بواقع (78) أم شهيد و(73) أم سجين، وتم تطبيق استبانة قياس إستراتيجية التكيف للضغوط النفسية التي أعدها العارضة (1998)، والتي اشتملت على (49) فقرة موزعة على تسعة استراتيجيات هي (حل المشكلات، التمارين الرياضية، وسائل الدفاع، الاسترخاء، الضبط الذاتي، الانسحاب والانغزال، والترفية، �

Palestinian Prisoners’ and Martyres’ Mothers’ Coping Strategies with Psychological Stress

This study aimed at identifying the most common coping strategies used by Palestinian prisoners’ and martyres’ mothers. Furthermore, the study sought to determine and find out the impact of academic qualification, place of residence and state of struggle variables on these strategies:

To achieve the purposes of this study the researcher administered a questionnaire to a sample of 151 mothers: 78: mothers had martyrs and 73 had prisoners in Israeli jails. The researcher used Psychological Stress Coping Strategies instrument developed by Al-Ardah (1998). The problem solving physical exercises means of defense, relaxation, self-control, withdrawal, isolation, recreation, social support and religious dimension.

After making statistical processing of the results, the researcher found the religious dimension the most common strategy used by the subjects of the study, while physical exercising was the least common strategy used by them.

الضغوط النفسية لدى العاملين في مجال الخدمة النفسية في محافظات شمال فلسطين

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الضغوط النفسية لدى العاملين في مجال الخدمات النفسية في فلسطين، وإضافة إلى تحديد الفروق في الضغوط النفسية تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، والعمر، والمسمى الوظيفي، والخبرة، ومكان العمل)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (249) اخصائي واخصائية في محافظة فلسطين – نابلس – قلقيلية – سلفيت – جنين ، وطولكرم، اما عينة الدراسة تكونت من (154) اخصائي واخصائية والتي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ، وقد شكلت ما نسبته (61.8%) من مجتمع الدراسة.

Psychological Stresses Among Providers of Psychological Counseling Services in Northern Governorates of Palestine

This study sought to identify the degree of psychological stresses prevalent among people working in psychological counseling services and their relationship with the variables of sex, age, job title, experience and place of work. The population of the study was 249 specialists in the northern governorates : Nablus, Qalqilya, Salfit, Jenin and Tulkarm.
The sample of the study consisted of 154 specialists chosen randomly and representing 61.8% of the population of the study. After data collection and analysis, it was found that the degree psychological stresses among providers of psychological counseling services in northern Palestine , was moderate-high moderate (2.93) or 58.6% . The importance of the job in the society occupied the first place among the domains of the psychological stresses. The degree was high and the arithmetic average was (3.18) or 63.8%. The findings also revealed statistically significant differences among the domains of the study.
