يُلقي هذا البحث بنظرة تحليلية على التلمود؛ الكتاب الديني لليهود، في محاولة لإبراز الدور الذي لعبه هذا الكتاب في صياغة الشخصية اليهودية. ذلك أنَّ ممارسات اليهود، تعكس الكثير من تعاليم التلمود، الأمر الذي جعل الشخصية اليهودية ذات صبغة تلمودية، ولا نعدو الحقيقة إذا قلنا بأنَّ الشخصية اليهودية هي شخصيةٌ تلموديّة.

يُمثِّل التلمود بالنسبة لليهود تفسير الحاخامات للتوراة، ولكن الأرثوذكس منهم يرونه مُنـزَّلاً من عند الله كالتوراة، وأيَّاً كان الأمر فللتلمود عند اليهود ـ على اختلافهم ـ مكانة مقدَّسة تُضاهي التوراة إنْ لم تتقدَّم عليها.

يحتوي التلمود بين دفَّتيه على تعاليم في غاية الغَرابة، ليس فيما يتعلّق بنظرة اليهود العنصرية إلى الآخرين فحسب، بل فيما يتعلَّق بنظرتهم إلى الله والملائكة والشياطين، ونظرتهم إلى المرأة والسِّحْر والمسيح عليه السلام. وعلى مرِّ العصور تأصَّلت هذه التعاليم في الشخصية اليهودية وامتزجت بها، فتشكَّلت على هواها، وانطلقت من مضمونها.

وكان كثيرٌ من هذه التعاليم طَيَّ الكتمان، ولكن منذ أنْ اطَّلعت عليها الأمم حتى قابلتْ ذلك بالاستهجان والاستنكار الشديدين، ثم وقفتْ في وجهه في محاولة لمنع انتشاره وتداوله.

Abstract

From an analytical perspective, this research looks at the Talmud, the holy book of the Jews, in an attempt to bring to the surface the role that this book has played in shaping and casting Jewish personality. It is evident that the practices of the Jews do reflect a lot of the teachings of the Talmud, the thing which has made Jewish personality Talmudically colored. As a matter of fact, we do not exaggerate if we say that Jewish personality is Talmudic.

 For the Jews, the Talmud represents the rabbis’ interpretation of the Torah. The Orthodox, however, view it as being revealed from the heavens, like the Torah. Regardless of these matters, the status of the Talmud, in the sight of the Jews, despite their differences, is that of a sacred book whose status is comparable to the torah if it does not exceed it.

 The Talmud contains very eccentric teaching, not only about their racist Jewish look at others but also their look at Allah, the angels and the jinn; and their look at the woman, the magic and Jesus. Over the years, such teachings have become an integral part of the Jewish character. They integrated with it and according to them, has the Jewish character been cast and molded.

 A lot of these teaching were concealed. Since the time, other nations got access to them, however, such teaching were strongly deprecated and ridiculed, then those nations stood in front of such teachings in an endeavor to prevent their circulation.
