- في هذه الورقة نناقش انواع التخصصات الهندسية حسب عدد الطلبة الملتحقين بها وذلك حسب الاحصائيات العالمية, وكذلك سيتم التطرق الى الهندسة من حيث نوعية الوظائف المناطة بالمهندس عالميا ومقارنتها مع الواقع الوظيفي للمهندس المحلي حيث ان ذلك سيسهل على معدي ومطوري الخطط الهندسية في الجامعات الفلسطينية. حيث انه من الضروري اعداد الخطط الاكاديمية لتلبية المتطلبات العالمية اوالمحلية او كلاهما معا.وايضا تم اقتراح عدد من الترتيبات التي من شانها النهوض بالمهندس الفلسطيني ومنها تقسيم نقابة المهندسين الى عدد من الجمعيات الهندسية. وكذلك تم اقتراح ووضع الية لعقد امتحان �

- The authors have developed a new approach which provides an on-line estimation of the rotor resistance of an induction motor operating under vector control. Simulation results show that the new approach is capable of estimation of the rotor resistance with negligible error.

- This paper presents a three-stage, compact and power-effecient 3 V BiCMOS operational Amplifier (OpAmp) with rail-to-rail input and output stages. The opamp is designed to be loaded a 20-pF capacitive load and the unity-gain bandwidth is 5.2 MHz at 62 degrees phase margin. The bipolar output stage is designed to swing an output load current of -12 to 12 mA. The opamp have an open-loop voltage gain of 122dB and a bandwidth to supply ratio of 6.42 MHz/mW for the 20pF capacitive load
